I just signed up today to post about this thing where I originally had a 6-digit passcode before installing timepasscode I did everything I was supposed to do and when I went to unlock the iPad it still had the 6 digit passcode when I type the time in it doesn't unlock I did try to put 0`s (zeros) after the time to fill up the six digits but it rejected it and I also tried typing in the original passcode but that didn't work either

Specs:

iPad 2
TimePasscode (not pro version)
iOS 9.3.5
Jailbroke with Pheonix

Hey I found out the fix to this

Restart iPad (disabling jailbreak as Phoenix is semi untethered)
Type in original passcode
Go to settings - passcode
Change passcode (to four digit if you want to use it but six will work if you don't want to use time passcode anymore)
Re-enable jailbreak
Unlock iPad with real passcode
Now you can enable or disable time passcode
