I have a 4th gen iPad Pro that I bought about 2 months ago, and I’ve been having a charging problem. Whenever I try to charge my iPad, it doesn’t charge (when the cable is in the port). However, after I restart, it will charge until the max. After I use my iPad until it’s low on battery, I go to charge it again and it doesn’t work anymore. Every time i have to charge my iPad I have to restart it. Anyone know why this is happening? Do I need to get new hardware?

If it happens even after a reset then get Apple to replace it.

I had this happen, took it to Apple, they tested it and they replaced it. I don't think there's a fix.
