Has anyone installed iPad OS 13.3 ? How's is it looking? is it looking safe to install and use ? Any evident bugs or slow downs ? I was thinking to install it but thought would just do a rain check if it is safe enough to proceed ?

‪iOS 13.3 is running terribly on my iPad Air 2; significant pause and delay when opening apps, stutter and lag overall with the system and apps. I initially iTunes updated, then I DFU restored. Guess it’s back to 13.2.3! :( Not having issues with my XS Max updated to iOS 13.3

Working great on my Air 3 and Mini 5, both had screen orientation issues and FaceTime notification issues before.

It’s running great on my gen 3 iPad Pro. Apple finally fixed that annoying iMessage bug when using the flyover window where it wouldn’t let you go back into a message thread until you closed the app and re opened.

Also I know this is not the iPhone thread but its also running great on my 11 pro max.

I guess any which ways I was about to install it was just waiting should I delay installing it or just do it righ away. But I guess I will just do it !!

You should be fine. I did it as soon as it was available, on my first generation iPad Pro 9.7 and i use the iPad all day for work, and it works perfect, today is the second full day using it on my iPhone XR product red and it also is perfect.

Works fine on both my Pro 11” and 2018... still have to try on my wife’s Air 2.

This!!! My iPad Air 2 is running horribly on 13.3, yet it was running great on 13.2.3. It’s now freezing and taking forever sometimes to get out of apps or bring up the keyboard.

The lag seems to come and go, after another reboot it seems to be running fast again, let’s see how it goes after a few more days...

DO NOT Install on your wife’s Air 2, she will hate you for it!

It’s running great on my XS Max but it has ruined my trusty old iPad Air 2.
Already done, and tbh it worked flawlessly.

Nah, go for it! I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. :)
It didn’t.
the iPad Air 2 still is an enjoyable device after all this time.

I’m having the same issues on my iPad Mini 4. iPhone 8 is running fine, but iPad is stuttering and lagging something awful since this update, where I had no problems at all up to and including 13.2.3. Usually it’s for several minutes after waking up, then it eventually straightens out. I’ve gone through every speed-up tip I can find, including turning off Bluetooth, anything unnecessarily accessing iCloud, Notifications, deleted unused apps, nothing has helped. Total storage is 32gb, with 16gb free. Really frustrating.

I found it really laggy scrolling Apple News using the ASK with my IPP 11. Sometimes it smooths out a bit, but then goes back to lagging after a while. Overall Safari and other things are working ok i think.

I’ve really been disappointed with IpadOS 13 performance overall. Safari almost seems like it needs to be closed out completely every hour or it will just bog down and have trouble when refreshing pages, especially if any videos have been played. I got a Pixel Slate recently for about 1/3rd what I payed for ASK and ipp11, and it has rock solid browsing, probably the best from any OS I’ve ever seen. I wish Apple would get their software fine-tuned again like it used to be.

I’d say hold off until 13.3.1 (from what Tsepz was saying on another thread). 13.2 was very fluid on my Air 2, possibly the best it has ever been on any iOS release. 13.3 on my iPad has caused annoying freezes when switching between apps, and sometimes when typing. It’s the first time EVER I’ve wanted to downgrade the iOS. I’m sure it’ll be fine with 13.3.1 😄

I’m surprised that iOS 13.3.1 is taking so long to come out.
