iPad OS 14 App Library and Home Screen Widgets

Are these features available on iPad OS 14? Works fine on my iPhone but it doesn’t seem to work on the iPad

Home screen widgets yes. Not sure about app library

App Library is not on this beta for iPad and some say it won't be available. The new widget types are accessible but still in their own area that can be swiped from the left. They can't be put on the home screen alongside app icons. Again, some people say they won't ever be. I'd take it all with a pinch of salt for now. Over the years running betas I've seen things the majority say definitely won't be changed or fixed (depending on perspective) be changed and also thing people swear will be changed/fixed in the final x.0 release. It's early days.
