Can I install it and then transit to official version on 19th Sep ?

The iOS 13 GM is only for iPhones now. There’s no iPadOS 13 GM yet. Currently it’s on 13.1 beta 2 for public and 3 for developers. Also iPadOS 13 release date is 30th September not 19th, thats for iphones.

Oh I see. Was hoping to use the desktop safari. I Guess not anytime soon .. thank u

Yeah, I reckon if you waited this long then may as well wait just a couple more weeks for official release. I’m also unsure how it’ll transition from beta to official build either and probably less of a hassle to wait for about 2 weeks or so.
