Either JB or App Store app would be good until SBS fully works.
I'm currently using System Manager which seemed good until I kept backgrounding apps and it just stayed on 20MBs free.
So far I have Bannerpad, WeatherHD, Canabalt, iBooks, Pandora, and Safari all loaded (nowhere near my typical use) with almost no effect. Scrolling between pages seems a frame or two choppier, but it's such a small difference I may just be imagining it. I'm going to use memory hog Safari for a bit and see if anything else closes.
I was expecting (and dreading) iPhone 3G level performance but I guess the A4 is quite a difference maker. Everything's still "snappy".
EDIT: Scrolling in Safari is choppier and there's a lot more checkerboarding. I'm loading the biggest sites I can think of and nothing's crashed yet.
EDIT 2: iBooks closed. Wasn't even the first app I'd opened. Pandora's still playing.
I closed Canabalt and the memory usage went from 47 free to around 60. Scrolling through home screens and in Safari immediately went back to normal smoothness.
