I failed with my predictions. Why? Because the only thing it offers that the iPhone doesn't is the iBooks and thats it. Heck don't really know if it counts because I can buy books for the iPhone via the Kindle App and the others.

The fact that it doesn't have:

-A Camera
-Multi-Tasking
-Larger Capacity Hard drive
-Expandable Memory Card Slot
-USB Port
-HDMI Output
-No Flash for Safari

Means that my prediction's were EPIC failure... but who failed more here, me or Apple? I think it was the latter.
