Hey, searched... apologize if I missed it somewhere and would be happy to be pointed to thread if so...

I'm a little confused with this iPad. I wanted to love it, and I do... but I don't totally get the lack of flexibility... a little, sure... but seems pretty closed off... I was hoping for a machine I could get digital content, browse, and through future software development work lightly in media creation, etc... and then transfer to main machine, vice versa... that's how I work because of hectic work and schedules... still hoping that's possible through 3rd party development?

But most importantly, I found this:

http://www.tomsguide.com/us/Pressure-Sensitive-Paratech-Quantum-Tunneling,news-5661.html

If this is due out in products as early as April, why wouldn't this be integrated into the iPad? A light version of Photoshop and the iPad as a pen/tablet ala Cintuiq? Hell yea. And no handwriting recognition? No note-taking?

I just don't understand the lack of these things... and I'm not super tech-savvy so I could just be uneducated to why... I could understand lack of a USB or Firewire port if that would raise the price too much (not sure if it would or not) but it sounds like the pressure-sensitivity is fairly inexpensive to implement... I would love some clarification as it just seems like a huge misstep for the product... one I'm sure the engineers would have already considered and obviously think differently...

Thank you!
