My parents both have iPad Pro 10.5 inch, iOS 13.4.1 . However, the Facebook messenger video effects (like wearing a virtual hat or bunny ears) do not work for them. Neither front or back cameras on both iPads.
I thought maybe only the latest gen of apple devices could do this but their older iPhone 6s works fine with these effects. My iPad Pro 11" also works fine, so its not a phone only feature. It seems to be a problem specifically the iPad Pro 10.5.
Anyone know what is going on here?
