iPad Pro Ipad Pro 10.5 MarkUp Issue ?

Hey Guys, I just noticed today that my 2017 10.5 Ipad Pro , has a strange issue.. When I choose a photo and hit EDIT , then MARKUP , I cant write or draw on the photo... Editing works fine, I can Add Text etc .. But I cant do any writing... I checked my apple pencil it draws fine on the photo, but not with my finger... I forgot the Pencil and turned off Bluetooth maybe the pencil was causing it but same thing. Rebooted and updated the device to 14.3 still same issue ! Anyone ever hear of this before ? thanks!!!

Seems like an issue with your touchscreen.

All Fixed UP! My Wife found this setting today... ALL OK now... Maybe this will help some others..
