Hello. My iPad Pro 10.5 has an LCD issue. Went to the Genius Bar and they agreed to exchange it. BUT, when the advisor checked the warranty status, it showed OUT OF WARRANTY. And I just bought in June 2017 on launch day.
They have escalated the case. Will have to wait 24h until they resolve the issue and then they will be able to replace it.
Has anyone here had that kind of experience?
