I've just got my ipad back from getting a screen replacement. I put it on charge and went to use use and it restarted by its self and then does so after 3ish minutes. I've deleted all my apps and reset the setting and tried a hard reset but nothing worked. It's currently on 13.3.1 but it won't stay on long enough for me to update, even through iTunes. Is it the current software causing it or could I possibly be a loose wiring after screen replacement?

Did a 3rd party repair shop replace the screen?

This happened to my wife's iPhone one time after we had it "fixed" by Apple themselves. It started rebooting randomly. Apple looked at it and found a cable wasn't completely re-attached. Sadly, when fixing that, they broke the device and we just got a replacement (AppleCare+) anyway. lol.
