iPad Pro IPad Pro 11 fast charge issue

I got this charger from primecables.com
Output is
5v 3.0A
12/15v 3.0A
20v 2.25 A

But after plugging in I have to restart my iPad for it to work, other items like my phone or laptop charges fine

Why?
Is anyone face this similar issue

Yes but it is a general charger , and it works fine with all my other items , for the ipad pro I have to restart it.

Likely a poorly designed charger. Return it. There are many that work reliably with the iPP.

You could drag the charger to an Apple Store and try another device there, or wherever you find a similar unit to see if the issue is the same.
Does it work differently with another cable maybe?
