Hi guys, just bought a new m1 iPad Pro 11, and switching from my previous iPad Pro 11 1st gen I immediately noticed how the new iPad comes with wobbling wiggly volume buttons. They work fine but they feel different from my other iPad, a bit sticky when you press them, they move a bit, the feedback of my previous iPad is way better. I don't know if it's a manufacturing problem or it's fine. Anyone with the same "issue"?

I’m worried that if I exchange it for a new one it could come with another issue

No buttons should wobble. At all. It's not the iPhone 5s and it's powerbutton for croud out loud...

I have the 12,9-inch version and it's no problem with that. So, yes. Exchange it or repair it.

Take it back asap and demand they replace it

I tried but they said they won’t replace it because they don’t see the problem.
next time I’ll buy it on the online store,…. So I can swap it for what ever reason and nobody will argue.
This is the third time in a row I get a flawed imperfect product from Apple. Very annoyed.

It happpens sometimes. I had a Macbook Pro with a wiggly touch ID button once. If it' s past the two-week return, they probzbly won't repalce it. But if it's in the two week return window, they have to.

If I hover over the volume buttons and wiggle my finger without any pressure, the buttons wobble a little. Clicking is not sticky like you've described though, so this is a non-issue for me.

If you are in the return period they have to accept it as a return. So do that and buy a new one.
Maybe is different from country to country, but this is true if you buy a product online. In this case, you have 14 days to return it for whatever reason but if you buy it from a physical store then you can't unless there is an evident issue.
