So one of the great things I like about Stage Manager on my iPad Pro 12.9 is that I use my iPad in a laptop case, so the iPad is always in landscape orientation. And Stage Manager now will force previously portrait-only apps like Sagrada into a portrait window on the landscape screen, which works perfectly and means I don't need to rotate the iPad or mess with the keyboard case or angle.

What I'm wondering is does this same behavior hold true on the iPad Pro 11 models? Does anyone have an 11 Pro and own Sagrada (just one example, but I know it does what I described above) that can report? I'm considering an 11 inch Pro for a Christmas present and this would be a deal breaker if it doesn't work the same as my 12.9 does.

It does work the same way, I do this on my 11" Pro pretty regularly as well. Most often with a mobile game that is otherwise forcing a portrait orientation, so I can play it on the side.
