Couldn't find anyone with advice on this, so thought I'd try here...

iPad took a fall without anything (visibly) breaking, but the screen will glitch and distort randomly, then fix itself for a period of time before glitching again. Sometimes just pressing near the bottom near the home button will fix it until you let go or press the home button again.

Is something disconnected or lose from the fall that can be reattached, or does it sound like it is broken? We have Apple Care, but without a store nearby it's a process. Thought I'd get advice or see if anyone else has had a similar issue first before jumping through the hooks.

Sounds like loose display cable. Unfortunately, iPads aren't easily fixable and I think you void your warranty if you try to fix it yourself so just use AppleCare.

Thank you! That was what I was thinking it could be. I'll just call Apple and see what they can do.
