I’m a bit surprised by the battery life improvement I’ve seen on beta 7. Today I’ve been working on my iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) exclusively using LTE for connectivity from 8:44am this morning, and I’m still at work now at 7:50pm, with 24% battery life left.

I was only getting around 10 hours previously, but that’s not an apples to apples comparison as I’m normally on WiFi through the day. In this case I’ve been working at a suppliers facility where I don’t have access to WiFi but have great LTE service. I didn’t do anything different, no dimmed screen, or turning off BT or WiFi.

I’m betting I’ll see 14 hours of usage today, and at this point my iPad is going stronger than I am.
