iPad Pro iPad Pro 12.9 4th Gen noise in video.

I just got my iPad Pro today and when using the camera there seems to be a lot of noise in video, a bit in pics before the pic is taken but after it’s taken it looks better. Does anyone think there is something wrong with video?

That was shot at 720p - take a look at quality at least at 1080p & even 4K.

It was shot at 1080p at 30. I changed it to 4K at 60 and it’s the same.
