Just got a 12.9 2021 Pro, and noticed the antenna band doesn’t sit entirely flush to the back. I don’t notice any bend to the frame. Is this common? I’d hate to return it as the screen is beautiful with no issues.

Did you purchase it from Apple or a local store, or order it? Not that it matters, but this is something that I might take back to the store and have them look at, if it is convenient.

If you have just received it then you can return it even if nothing is wrong with it, and if this bothers you then my suggestion is that you do that rather than have it be something that you would be unsatisfied with.

Functionally it probably does not matter, but the 12.9 iPad Pro is not cheap, and it should be to your satisfaction.

If everything else is fine you could try pressing with palm of hands on both ends to close the gap. Problem with return or exchange is you could end up with worse issues like display defects.

Yeah, I did. I'm thinking about going down to the 11 inch anyway. I already was feeling the 12.9 might be too big for my use. Not to beat a dead horse but I do find the blooming on this display a little more annoying than I thought. It gives content a "ghostly" quality if that makes sense.
