before I return the machine I want to make sure this is ok...


I tried to activate the iPad 12.9 inch thru the iPad on the iPad itself and it would work. told me to call sales.

I also tried activating it thru the My Verizon app and still it wouldn't activate...

as soon as I called sales, it was activated in like a minute and a half...

is there something wrong with my iPad that it didn't activate automatically or was it because I didn't have a line and they needed to create one or something else...

I'm one foot out the door to goto Manhattan if its not working properly...

Please help
 
Activation requires coordination between Apples' and Verisons' software with additional complexities such as internet connection, servers, etc. There are a lot of ways things can go wrong. Since sales was able to activate it the basic functionality is there. Since it is working I don't see a reason to return it unless you are having other problems.
