Hi All,

A strange issue is now occurring on my device where the rear camera is not working. I am just getting a black screen. The front facing camera is working correctly when I toggle between the two.

I have also tested the flashlight which is also now not working.

I have done a soft reset and factory reset the device and restored vis iCloud.

originally I was thinking a loose connector on the logic board but now as the flash appears to be on a separate connecto, I would be unlikely to have 2 loose connections ?

Has anyone had this issue or any advice. The unit was replaced under warranty for a separate issue 11 months ago so out of warranty :(

I’m not trying to be a jerk, but this happened to me.....I had the damn case cover covering the camera and flash on my 10.5” IPP, so maybe make sure.

Hi All,

Just to update but thankfully and finally IOS 13.7 has fixed the issue !

Installed update tonight and tried after it had updated, no joy. Then I performed a soft reset by holding home button and power, then it worked.

Previous soft resets on previous versions did not work.
