I noticed my ipad magic keyboard peeling and cracking apart? is this normal? am i able to replace under applecare?

Top of the corners look like they are both scuffed, not cracked.
Outer-lower parts seem like they might be peeling, not sure, cant see it up close.

They're both the same side, the 1st pic was before & the 2nd pic was a few weeks after where the scuff/crack started developing further
