Is it a scratch that you can feel with your finger?
Yes it’s a scratch but ı never use it without case and I always put it laptop case with my folio case. I dont understand how does it happen.

Is it noticeable with the screen off? If not, it’s probably some faulty pixels (but not dead). I returned an 11” iPad Pro back in June because of that right out of the box.

I think you might have a hard time proofing this to Apple in order for them to accept it as a warranty repair. External scratches may not be caused by you but either an external factor came into play or somebody else damaged it.

Best success either way!
