iPad Pro IPad Pro 2018 (12.9) shows different battery percentage in split screen

Anyone seen this? My 12.9” pro (2018) shows 100% battery (after using for 3 hours) in split screen. When I go to home screen, it shows (i think) the actual battery percent at 81%.

Full screen and home screen show correct.

I will reboot and then update.
