iPad Pro iPad Pro 2018 share screen video sound in Zoom?

I have an iPad Pro 2018 11 and am trying to share a video via Zoom. The attendees can hear the video but I can only hear if I have bluetooth.
Doesn't matter if its Youtube or some video I am sharing on the iPad.

It works fine with the Air2 and the iPhone 12 so I am wondering if there is something weird about the 2018 Pro?
