iPad iPad Pro 2018 usb c to hdmi issues

I’ve ordered several usb c to hdmi cords from amazon that were said to support iPad Pro 2018 (multiple reviews vouched) but none of them work. It will flicker the HDMI connection blue icon, then disappear.

I have to use the clunky Apple dongle (that’s huge) and pack a HDMI cord to enable monitor support, which I use for work with keynote. Even then, after I disconnect, the volume is out of whack on my iPad Pro (it thinks it’s still connected to the TV)

these cords all work fine with my MacBook Pro. Is it possible that my iPad Pro’s usb c port is corrupt?

Anyone else having these issues?

Take your iPad Pro to an Apple Store and have them take a look at it.

I use an HDMI to USB-C cable from UGREEN with my iPad Pro 11 and it works fine, maybe try that brand if you haven’t

Turns out it was my iPad Pro, they replaced it.
