Hi there!
I've got an Ipad Pro 2020 (bought two months ago) and since yesterday I have two issues with it. I was wondering if somebody else experienced this kind of problem and knows where it comes from.
1. My screen lights up every 2/3 minutes and then goes to asking me to the code. I am not even near the Ipad or touching it. It does it on its own. Very weird.
2. When I opened a web page and I attempt to write something.. then the keyboard (on ipad screen) moves itself and press the button 6 or §. I cannot search anything or write something as the keyboard keep showing the 6 or § button on the text area and does not allow me to type something.
So these are two weird phenomenon. Nothing happened that could explained this sudden change.
I contacted Apple and did restore it completely twice but the problem occurs again.
What are your thoughts about that? Thanks for your help!

Sounds like you have a faulty iPad, if you have restore it and its doing the same thing!!

How did you restore the device? Best way is to enter DFU mode and restore.

Is it happening all the time, or is it just happening on random occasions?
Does it happen on any other apps? (apart from websites) i.e if you loads notes does it just keep writing 6 or §??

Thanks for your answer. I did restored it. But I had the same problem after restoration.
Screens is lightning up non stop. Every 2 minutes. All the day.
About the keyboard, it goes wild on every app too.

But it did work well before. I never had any problems before that. Luckily it is still on warranty

Sounds like @StumpyBloke is right, looking like it maybe a faulty touchscreen. I would return to where you bought it from and see if they can repair or replace the item for you!

I had a way more random screen issue and got apple replaced my iPad 3 times until M1 iPad came out. I couldn’t even demonstrate it since it is so random. If I were you, I’d go to Apple store and see if a replacement is possible.
Yes it worked before but not it doesn’t. So I don’t care if it worked before or not. Faulty now means it is faulty. Period.

THanks for your advice! I'm going to the Apple store tomorrow to check if replacement is possible. I hope that I won't have to replace it as many times as you, but I do feel that there is an issue with this Ipad!

I agree with you. Apple should hopefully be able to further diagnose the issue.
