None of this require massive storage space unless you’re a movie / games hoarder.
And HOW do you load them? Are you selecting download options in streaming services or are you loading hundreds of files each 1GB+ that you "procured" ?
As has been noted already, of the activities you posted the Movies one is the main activity that would require large amounts of storage - so how you intend to do movies on the device will drive the final outcome on storage requirements.
Personally I only keep what I'll likely watch on my iPP which is a mix of a few dozen rips and some downloads in Netflix so 256gb is fine for me.

If you plan to load more than 450gb of movies and games then go for the 1TB.

With 128GB it’s fine, but if you want to buy the 256GB version or 512GB, i think that you are wasting money, but depends on you

What video quality? For iTunes HD, figure around 2.5GB per hour.
You can easily fit 17 hours worth of high bitrate HD videos on 128GB but it doesn't really leave you a ton of room as far as selection goes.
For Amazon, they have much smaller downloads at the expense of quality.
