iPad Pro iPad Pro '21 Camera can't record HDR video?

On my iPhone 12 Pro, Camera Settings->Record Video has an option "HDR Video" to record HDR in Dolby Vision format. But the new 12.9" iPad Pro doesn't have that option. Does that mean its camera is incapable of recording/displaying HDR video? Even though it has such an amazing screen for displaying HDR?

Fun comment, but I'm using my iPad for AR, and I want the camera capturing HDR and the screen displaying it while I insert HDR content into the scene.
