iPad ipad pro 9.7 battery stats problem after change

Hi guys, after replacing my iPad Pro 9.7 battery, the battery status is showing strange values. Is this normal or is there a problem? it also drains very fast, not as fast as the battery before with about 1600 cycles but not much better.

Was this a third party replacement? third party cells in general in my experience seem to be very hit and miss quality wise, they just don't get produced to near same tolerances or quality as OEM. Cell's BMS may be lying about capabilities or such probably too.
