Hi,
I need help with this problem in my iPad pro 9.7 in 12.1.4
as seen in the photos there is a strip of unresponsive touch, I have tried everything from hard reset and downgrading to 12.1.3 but nothing seem to work.
I am not sure if this is a software or hardware related problem but is driving me crazy. The problem is that the device is not covered from warranty anymore.
Wonder if there are other users with similar issues.
Any help would be very appreciated.

This is almost certainly a hardware issue, unfortunately. Your only option really is to take it into the store, see if they'll help you even though it's not under warranty since it seems like a defect on their part. You could also get some trade-in value from it at the store.

Unfortunately not a lot of options for a hardware issue like this.
