It would be worth it for the advantages, but the storage can be a deal breaker. That's entirely up to you. Do you think 32GB would be enough? If it isn't, I'd suggest you to stay. I've used devices with low storage (an iPod Touch 4G with 8GB) and in my case, it was unbearable.
I had a 64GB iPad 4 and had only used 22 when I got the 128GB Pro 9.7, but I had no doubts. 32 at that time might have been enough, but now I am using 32GB. Meanwhile, the 32GB version has 27 usable, not enough.
My point in the end is, if 32GB are enough, go for it, if it isn't, save for 128GB or stay with the Air 2.
