I have had my iPP 9.7" (bought new) since Dec '16. So not a lot of use, even tho I do use it a short time each day. My problem is the Home button is constantly sticking, doing nothing when clicked. I have read online and the fix that works for me is to double click home button and swipe up to close all open pages. I also have an iPad Air 2 that I have had since it was released and with much more use, no problems there. I also have read the workaround changing a setting in Accessibility Setting.

Just wondered if this is a known issue with the iPP 9.7 or am I just unlucky? Its enough of an issue for me to consider upgrading to a new one when they are released.

If you have 99% Rubbing Alcohol, turn your iPad off, and use a Qtip to clean the home button. If that doesn't work, schedule a Genius Appointment.
