Chances are the OP doesn't have to look that far to take his notes and edit his screenshots: Notes and Photo's + Apple Pencil (hm, a bit depending on what he means by "edit" his screenshots...)

You can do that within the photos app or even in notes.

Built in Notes and Pictures app. Paper by 53 seems good also. I tried it but actually don’t use the pen that much.

Tap on the squiggly lines to edit. From here you can crop, adjust color and contrast, and notate. Choose markup.

When i tap on the squiggly lines i can see only few option but there is no option to use the apple pencil to edit with some of that options...

After having tapped the squiggly lines, tap on the round button (...) to find the Mark Up option.

Once you tap on the Markup button, you'll be able to do that. There are no apps that tell you to use your Apple Pencil.
