New apps that I install are not showing up on my iPad Pro. Is there a limit of 15 screens on the iPad Pro?

If so, is there a setting somewhere that I can change so that I can have more than 15 screens on the iPad Pro?

If the apps aren’t showing, can you search for them still?

What are you doing that you need 200 plus apps on your iPad.

I have over 350 apps on my iPad Pro 10.5 512gb. No issues. Put them in folders. Categorize them by type so it’s easy to search for them. And Yes, putting them in folders is an excellent way to organize them when you have that many.
