How many charging cycles does the new iPad Pro 12.9 has till the battery quality is impacted?

Apart from that, is a 64% till 100% seen as a charging cycle? Or only empty till 100?

64 to 100 will be seen like approx 0.36 charging cycles.

IME in about 100 cycles these devices get around or below 95%.
