My iPad Pro has a dead pixel of group of dead pixels on the bottom of the left hand side of the screen if held vertical. I contacted Apple and they said to bring it to a store but I don't have any stores where I live. So they want me to take it to Verizon where I bought it and have it replaced. Here's to hoping I don't get any grief from Verizon when I finally get over there later this week. This is my first dead pixel issue on any of my Apple Products. I didn't notice it till I was on a grey background web page today now it's quite obvious.

You can see it on the "D" key in this picture I took of it. It's a little hard to see but it's there.

I don't see it. What I do see is a red patch on the edge of the key below the X key, though.

I can faintly see it where you indicated on the "D". Also, noting what that other for him member said, I can also see a red blotch near the "X."

Also, if Verizon were to give you any issues, Then I would explain to them that Apple directly told you go to Verizon being that you don't have an Apple store near you. You could also have Apple document what they told you into the case number assigned and they can forward that to you in an email, then print that off for verification to Verizon.

I received a replacement today that is worse off than my original. The left side of the screen has a flickering line all the way down it. Dang it, I guess I'll be without my iPad for another week.
