Hi guys!
Sometimes there are things You cannot believe that happen: just did. I just today get a new factory refurbished iPad Pro 10,7". And as I used my iPhone to sync settings I put the iPhone on the top of the extra keyboard I had attached to it -> and guess what happened fast: my iPhone was pressing some button(s) while laying on the keyboard and made my passcode and verified it without me having brightest idea what it is!!!
Well no worry, I decided that I´ll do the iTunes for resett..well, no iTunes anymore in Catalina. It opens anyway window and for the Restore and Update&restore, but does not accept any other option than update&restore -> not possible to restore only.
Well, updating done and now iPad asks for Passcode which I do not have any idea what it could be.
Good grief, I guess the only thing I do is take it back to reseller? They will laugh their arses off, but I'm certainly not going to take my computers back to Mojave and its iTunes, just to realise the same thing happen again..
