I was just wondering what a hypothetical iPad Pro would be like and how it would be specced.
Let's assume it has the internals roughly equivalent to current macBook Pros, runs Snow Leopard (with the option to switch into iPad mode) and costs about the same (or even more) than it's laptop cousins. What features would you want to see in a pro version of an iPad?
My List:
Stylus support to accommodate artists, note-taking in class (doodling and diagraming). If it's going to have this capability, then Apple will need to revamp their handwriting recognition technology because it's sub-par atm.
USB ports.
I think they can probably skip an optical media drive like the Air does.
Real GPS would be nice, but probably not a necessity. Likewise with the OLED display.
Forward facing camera would be cool, but again might be excessive.
An official gaming sleeve with buttons/joysticks on the front/back that would allow a standardized gaming input for developers to tap into.
