iPad pro: how to blend videos

Hi, does anyone know how could i blend two videos using only an iPad pro? checked many apps but none has the option. I need to put some war footage on top of a persons face but the only options I find are the overlaying while changing to the next video - not playing both at the same time in the same clip.
