Ipad Pro info please

My Name is Riccardo.
I wanted to know there will be iOS Desktop?
I would like to take an Ipad Pro Tablet, I do not know if I have to take this in 2017 or the version with Chip A12.
Since iOS is becoming like Mac OS I will decide to get a good Ipad Pro.
My needs are: watching streaming movies, downloading files, doing small video editing, surfing the Internet and working with Office software like word changes PDF etc ....
Tell me and great for Ipad Pro?
Furthermore I would like to know:
iOS Desktop will there be? until there is news?
Will there be Adobe Acrobat reader Pro on iOS?
