Any advise Welcome my wife’s iPad just spinning. Tried holding power button and volume buttons but no luck. Trying putting in charge

This is where a computer or true laptop would be useful so unable to restore

Can you quit any apps? Or turn the iPad off and then back on?

This happened to me yesterday while I was using Procreate. I was able to stop it by quitting apps.

Can’t do anything, just a black screen spinning. Just hope it’s using power to make the iPad die but when it happened it was on 100%

Yeah she just let it die through the night at work but even when she put it on to charge it took a few hours to get it charging again. Luckily no issues and is now working as it did before.
