iPad Pro Ipad pro M1 order disappeared and Apple support can't help me

Yesterday I check the order it's still there and is still processing
today i check again and it's now gone

I wait many hours overnight and can't sleep for apple support to be available
and they said they can't help me.they can't check anything (which i think is weird i only want 1 simple fact to know if my order is still there or not) and that i should try again later like 1-2 day. I can't wait that long

Does this happen to anyone? I don't want my order to get pushed back in the shipping line

PS. I ordered the ipad with apple care plus at 30th april. but i later cancel they apple care plus. Does this have anything to do with this? maybe the system cancel my entire order??

Hope that's true.I want it as soon as possible. I don't have any ipad for studying and now the semester has already started.
I'm farther behind my friend everyday the ipad is not here haha
