I bought an Ipad Pro M1 12.9 last week (brand new) and it has happened three times that the display suddenly started to flicker very strongly (it was always on Safari when this happened). The text on screen would simultaneaously move up and down very fast (I managed to record it one time on video. )

It had already been already updated to 16.1 before this happened. I made a restart and it hasn’t happened again since, Apple made a remote diagnostics and said everything looks good, but I still made a Genius bar appointment to get it checked thoroughly

Has anyone else ever experienced this? Is this a known issue?

It could be touch screen acting weird. But given its safari only, safari could be the culprit.
Remote diagnosis has almost the same effect as Genius Bar appointment mostly, except maybe battery replacement, based on my experience.
