Hello,

For some reason my battery on my iPad Pro M4 11” is draining much faster. My stats seem quite low for something just under 1 years old..

How is yours doing?

it's 90% with 170 charge cycles. Indubitably the worst battery in an iPad due to Apple's obsession with thinness.

Just chiming in to say I appreciate this thread – been thinking of getting this exact model, and now I know to definitely get AppleCare+ if I do, because I'd likely be under 80% at a year.

Bought a 11" Pro 3 days ago. Very happy with it and of course battery health is 100 % with just 1 cycle on it. Looking forward to using my new iPad extensively.

Here’s mine. I’ve mostly kept it on the 80% limit because my iPads are inconsistently used. I typically only set it to fully charge when I know I have plans that will involve me taking it out of the house.

manuf. 8/24

in service 12/24

125 cycles @ 100% 7/9/25

80% charge limited used since 12/24

Current at 91% battery health with 317 charge cycles, and 80% limit turned on. Seems like this percentage health is starting to stabilise around this figure.

13” but it should be the same right? I use it as my laptop so around 2-3 hours a day on normal days where I have access to a computer. I do go on 2-3 week long trips where it becomes my main computer and pushes it to 8-10 hours a day. IDK if this is good or bad, my iPhone is at 81% and I still haven’t noticed a difference in overall performance.
