I would really like to know how much charge my iPad Pro has, don’t know why Apple doesn’t offer this.
Like the example in the link video on iPhone. This is so lazy of Apple and no attention to detail.

It is there, but its tiny. The top right of your screen with the battery indicator will have a lightning bolt icon inside the battery icon when it is charging. Also I thought it may have been default, but you can turn on battery percentage in settings to get a more accurate reading of your battery rather than relying on the icon.

ಠ_ಠ When i plug my ipad a big fat battery icon that shows a green icon appear. i don’t get what you people are talking about.

I think the OP is talking about having a charge indicator even when the phone is switched off.

Here's Apple not offering this feature on my iPad Pro when plugging in my cable.
