Ipad pro, recovering deleted videos

ok, so the iPad was NOT backed up, nothing in Icloud, there were a few videos deleted and they were also deleted from the "recently deleted" videos folder, is there a way to get them back?
tried 2 applications already and neither worked, iMyFone D-Back for Mac and forgot the other one.

There’s no way unless you go to specialist data retrieval companies.

and no local itune backup to a PC ?
and I guess this is not a itune downloaded video.

You can always try a USB connect to a pc if it was a .mov file and you may see it where .pic file are stored
