I did not, did you? I recently got a new macbook so I decided to hold off on the keyboard for now.

I got mine a little after noon, and I love it. This is my first iPad as well, and I plan on using it for drawing and note taking. It came charged at 76%, so I think I have the lowest percentage so far lol.
My timeline is below for anyone who's still waiting and curious about how long it'll take. The wait time after it ships isn't that long when I look at the dates again, but it felt like forever!

Nothing short of a miracle. Got the iPad literally 10 hours before I leave for my two week vacation. I now have a much larger screen for my drone video. Unreal! Good luck all! Thanks for the advice and insight on the UPS tracking drama. I almost gave up but UPS came through.

Be sure to put it in A case before putting it in your Backpack or Bag for your Trip. This is to prevent Bending, as anyone would be Devastated that their new iPad Pro is bent.
The Magic Keyboard is Excellent for bend Protection, it’s really Solid.
The Smart Keyboard Folio is Meh, nowhere near as strong as the Magic Keyboard.
The Apple Smart Folio is just Decoration, it provides no Rigidity to your iPad and just prevents it from touching the table when you Set it Down.
Any Third Party Case should work fine, just flex it a bit and see if it Budges. Have a great trip and Enjoy the larger screen!

So just out of curiosity I just checked the shipping times on the IPP and it can now be delivered next day. Did something happen that I’m unaware of? I got my iPad and I love it but it took a month. What happened in the last two days where shipping times went from 3-4 weeks to 1 day?
Are you in the US? I just checked and every configuration and color of IPP shows shipping dates of September 16-24. IDK.

Oh. It’s Courier Delivery from the Store. They are only available on the Base Versions, as that’s what the stores having been getting. The moment you go above 256GB or get it moves to the September Delivery Dates.

Must only be available in certain areas. It’s not an option in San Antonio. Also, I read a post here from someone who ordered with the courier delivery. The courier ended up cancelling his order, but Apple made it right and even gave him the education discount and threw in the AirPods, too.
I did. The delivery window is Aug 26 - Sep 2. Anxiously waiting to see a status change.

Good on Apple for making things right. I do hope shipping times increase so people can get their iPads faster and start enjoying them. Honestly the wait was totally worth it, I’ve never considered using an iPad as my main device until now and it just feels more complete than it ever has.
I actually need to look for a case for mine. So that I can get it before my IPP arrives. I hope others can offer suggestions on the cases they have purchased for theirs.

GAHHHH! You Guys! They didn't run out of left phallages! I'M PREPARING TO SHIP! I've never been so excited to wait another 10-17 days for a package to arrive in Michigan.
Now I'm going to have to backtrack through the thread to figure out how y'all started tracking flights and stuff.
