It has finally shipped! Hooray! Except now it’s expected arrival date is only one day earlier than was projected anyway. So far looks like it’s made it to customs in China and waiting to clear. And the wait continues...(but at least it’s moving. Sort of.)

Still. Preparing. To. Ship. :-(

At least the good news is it won't be here on Friday when I leave to go visit family.

After about a week with this thing(12.9”), the ONLY gripe I have is the battery life. It’s not horrible, and I use the IPP almost exclusively as an art surface, but it’s definitely less stellar than I thought it would be. I’d say, when I’m working with art, CSP and Procreate, I’ll get roughly 6 hours of screen time. This isn’t an immense burden because I don’t do anything with the IPP outside of the apartment or office. I hear the battery constrains are more severe with the 12.9 compared to the 11.

On a side note, I also ordered an engraved Pencil on Friday and it went to preparing to ship as well yesterday shortly before my iPad did! Will see which one gets to me first. 😄

Day 22 and still processing! Those Amazon IPPs are looking mighty tempting, and yet I remain steadfast! Here's hoping for this week (deja vu hope from last week).

Yours can't possibly take longer than mine if you didn't get it engraved. You're pretty much guaranteed to see some movement this week. 👍

Follow My Delivery is only available in some locations for UPS My Choice members. Even though I'm a member, I only get that option for some deliveries.

I notice all of you ordered directly from Apple. I ordered mine from AT&T yesterday. The AT&T website says estimated delivery is between Aug. 18th(tomorrow) and Aug. 20th. I got the 12.9 inch WiFi+cellular in silver. Does this seem right? It hasn’t shipped yet but I notice most of you have been waiting a month or more. Are they shipping quicker via AT&T or is the estimated delivery just not accurate? Anyone here order from AT&T instead of Apple? I don’t want to wait alone lol.

yall i just unboxed my apple pencil and accessories (after 20 days of being sealed) and now im regretting it i shouldve unboxed it with my ipad which will come in 3-4 days!!! #impatient just imagine the amount of satisfaction if i opened them all at once

In the past, when I've ordered from ATT they overpromise and underdeliver when it comes to shipping. I hope you get yours faster than we're getting ours on this case!
