Hey my 11" iPad Pro was working, now it's stuck on the Apple logo.
It stays on, then the screen will flash pink & repeat...
Tried Resetting using the buttons, but nothing is working.

The "Recover My iPad" screen appeared on my iMac once & I chose "Update"
but iPad is still stuck on the Apple logo.

Also, can't power off using the button technique.

Any ideas?? :(

Connect the iPP to your Mac.

Assuming it doesn’t has a Home button: please first press and quickly release the Volume Up button, press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Power button until the recovery screen appears.

if it has a home button: please press and hold both the Home and the top (or side) buttons at the same time until the recovery screen appears.

Then recover or update.

yeah no home button, i have been doing that & it's been rebooting to the Apple logo, but just stays on it.
the recovery screen appeared once & i choose Update on my iMac & the iPad just keeps rebooting to the Apple logo like before.

You might have a faulty cable.
ok got a new cable, Finder shows iPad & "Trust this iPad. To sync iPad, press Trust here & Trust on the iPad" but i can't press Trust on the iPad because it just shows the Apple logo...

Literally just had this happen to me two days ago, first time ever. exact same problem, apple logo, wait a while, pink flash, black screen, back to apple logo. think its referred to as a boot loop.

My battery also drained during this time, and it doesn't seem to charge while in the boot loop.

I eventually got into DFU mode- while plugged into computer, hit volume up, then volume down, then hold power 10-15 seconds, then hold volume down for five seconds without letting go of power, then let go of power and keep holding volume down 10 seconds or so. had to try a couple times then finally heard the magical sound of windows seeing a device. good news is that it will charge while in DFU mode. left overnight, charged to 100%. this morning I started a restore of old backup, fortunately I had one from a month ago

currently restoring the old backup

PS for me, I always have trouble transferring data btw ipad and pc, unless battery is charged to 100%. Seems like that's the case for the restore as well, it kept failing until the charge got to 100%.

hopefully you can get it into restore mode, then I would just leave it plugged in (in my case overnight to get full charge) and restore seems to be working now that battery is 100%
